I read that before, but I am pretty sure the deal has to be independently legitimate for UEFA to accept it, Neymar is not worth 300m in sponsorship money.
This is from UEFA: " overall objectives of these regulations, in particular to defeat any attempt to circumvent these objectives"
Essentially what that's saying if you use an illegitimate means of tidying up your figures, UEFA will still come after you, even if your accounts are in the black.

Sure they have said that is not how deal is being covered and it will go through FFP.
At the end of the day, unless PSG are paying 90% of their squad peanuts, they can't cover that transfer, Neymar's wages amount to 25% of their income.

i don't know why the fans assume we bid 150 millions for countinho. we spent the neymar money on semedo+paulinho+dembele, do the math. those deals mounted up to +220 millions. We don't have money for coutinho.

Do you not understand we had a budget for signings before the Neymar sale and that having 222 million in cash improves cash flow in a big business tremendously and provided financial flexibility? We would have paid for Dembele in instalments too

Dembélé went for something close to 140 millions (don't let the adds on fool you, they are there merely for political reasons, 10 millions for playing such matches etc.. those ads on are going to be met eventually, Dortmund are not fools) paulinho for 40 millions and semedo for something close to 40.
140 + 40 + 40 = 220 Million
don't bring up the paying in installments thing because it doesn't work like that. It's part of the Financial turn-over. If some of those installments are due for the future then don't forget that some of the past are due now. Money IS an issue.

Because we have a transfer budget every year you dimwit. In case you were absent, we were targeting Veratti and Bellerin in June. It doesn't take a genius to realize that those two players would have cost 130m+ even if Neymar had stayed.

How did we spend the Neymar money on Semedo when Semedo was here before Neymar left? The two even had a chance to fight during training.
