Defenders wont dear to tract messi neymar. The role which was assigned to cesc in last few seasons in hitting the spaces upfront can go to lewandowski. And Cesc/thiago can enjoy far more freedom they would love to have(in the matches they play).
This will also counter the strategy of teams deploying showdow defensive midfielders for messi as neymar would be extra point (initially and traingle formed by messi, xavi iniesta-when the contracted in the middle of the pitch) can now be a rectangle. With all coming together to form a rectangle in the middle of the pitch. And then disbursing forward.
Sounds pretty well to me.

Selling Alexis is what I would do first. Then I would promote Deulofeu and put him on the right
