No mate, you can't praise him here. You'll be called a Temptation alt.

Don't forget that there are "Barca Fans" on this forum who hate it when Barca or a Barca player do well. They are used to the echo chamber mentality and can't live with any different opinions.

Living rent free in their heads since I joined this forum.
Its like Rassy said: favourite player of Tempt = hate him at all costs :ROFLMAO:

He is enjoying life now since he is able to actually combine with Felix and Gundo in the final third. Still dwells a bit too long on ball sometimes but huge improvement, looks alive again

Surround him with mobile, dynamic attackers so the whole defense's focus isn't on him alone and he'll be back to his old Bayern self. Who would've thought that? :p

Post match interview:

🎙️ Lewandowski: "I'm happy and proud for the team. We created chances and scored five goals. This means everything is under control. Excellent night."
#BarcaAntwerp

🎙️ Lewandowski: "When we play our attacking style, we score a lot. Football is about scoring goals."

🎙️ Lewandowski: "Félix thinks like an offensive player and tries to constantly enter the opponent’s area. He played a perfect match today. He plays forward and creates spaces with or without the ball, so I have to be ready. All the players gave a great performance."

Yeah, group stage hero, who is never clutch in most important matches. I want him to succeed, but that's just how it is.
Really? He is 4th best knock out scorer.

4) Robert Lewandowski
Clubs: Borussia Dortmund, Bayern Munich

Last-16 record: 17 goals in 20 games
Quarter-final record: 6 goals in 13 games
Semi-final record: 7 goals in 7 games
Final record: 0 goals in 2 games

Overall record: 30 goals in 42 knockout games

Third is Benzema but if you look at goal per game Lewy is on another level.

3) Karim Benzema
Clubs: Lyon, Real Madrid
Last-16 record: 17 goals in 27 games
Quarter-final record: 8 goals in 18 games
Semi-final record: 8 goals in 17 games
Final record: 1 goal in 5 games

Overall record: 34 goals in 67 knockout games

To be fair to Benzema he was often the CF in a system built for him to facilitate Ronaldo as focus of attack.

Lewa has always been the focus of attack and one team built for to get goals.

Difficult to compare on just goals across that time.

Does it says in which stages he scores the most? Don't remember a single late stage knockout game, where he scores a crucial goal, which is probably part of the reason Bayern could win only crappy coof lockdown CL with him as a spearhead (did he score winning goals there?) Maybe with Dortmund, which is ancient history?

Those are goals, include assists and Benzema is a fair bit ahead of Lewandowski in UCL, i think he has 29 compared to Lewa's 20(?), someone double check that.

Yes, Benzema has played a bunch more games, of course.
