Except the occasional cross hit to hard, which happens, I think he does a great job in getting the ball past the defender trying to block him and the line of those crosses is very good. It's also a matter of more training time, so Auba or Ferran can wor on their placement better, but so far I am very impressed with him, finally a winger that can beat a man 1 v 1.

He is a great player and was one of the best wingers in the premier league before this season. But thats not saying much even the average players shine there.
Now its time for him to prove himself in the best league forthe greatest team in the history of mankind.

His stats are better than Dembele?s, who has yet to register any assists or goals from open play in La Liga.

lets revisit this conversation again once the season is over there is still a few months left.
Fact is Adamas numbers have always been shocking and way below Dembeles who was never prolific himself

The only thing shocking is the amount of football he missed which is nearly 50% of the games in 4 years?that is indeed shocking!
With that said his numbers are still significantly better than Adamas who Wolves didnt even want anymore

Adama has the benefit of the doubt as players of bad quality around him and Wolves' tactics might have hold him down all these years. He has assisted a goal in both of his games for Barca with spreading numerous dangerous crosses, so he had a good start here. He had 3 assists in his last one and half seasons at Wolves.
One could even say he was the dominant figure in his first 2 games. As of now (small sample size), Ferran has been hiding in Adama's shadow. Adama should start over him should Xavi decide to play Auba or Luuk in the center. Ferran should compete with Memphis and Dembele for the LW spot then if he wants a place in the starting eleven.
Let's hope Adama can keep it up. He has been a much needed lively figure in Barca's offense.
