The sex delivered 20 goals for us and he gets benched for 5 straight big games in favor of Cesc who hasn't done dick all for months! No wonder is he pissed he wants to go to a club which rewards performance not heritage.

Between the two, I would absolutely keep Alexis but seeing that they play different positions and midfield depth is a priority they can't really dump Cesc without a viable alternative...And Ilkay is out of the question so going only with Rafinha would be a big risk...Of course, I'd take it

Yeah but this season was his coming out party. Tata playing him on the preferred right and inspiring Chile confidence in him and what happens when the games are knockouts he is benched.

You shouldn't believe everything on the internet. If someone says Alexis is leaving that doesn' mean it's true. The season isn't even over and there is World Cup before the transfer window. Looong way.

Perhaps you're simply prone to irrational anger, particularly when you consider nothing is official
haha... this^^

Why does Barca sell so low? Even during Pep's time we sold for really low prices. It makes me extremely angry...
On a serious note... it has to do, a lot, with the stupid sporting directors giving away the wages like there's no tomorrow! It gives a two-fold advantage to the buyers during negotiation - 1) If the deal breaks down, we don't just have to put up with a player whom we no longer want here, but also 2) We would still be losing an exorbitant amount of money as wages to the player.

So it makes us seem kinda desperate during the negotiations inadvertently giving the opponents an upper hand! Sadly, the board does not seem to learn from their mistakes, it has been happening for quite some time now, even during Laporta's era, that us losing our ground to the opponents during negotiations no longer seems an accident!!

Why does Alexis get so much praise for scoring 20 goals while Pedro is seen as there lesser player despite providing the same number of goals? Neither player can dribble but in the eyes of the transfer market Alexis is worth more money. We have no need for 2 carbon copy players.

Solution = Sell Alexis and bring back Deulofeu.

Alexis needs to find a team that suits him.

Because the stats show Alexis Sanchez is one of the very best players in the world. These are the stats for 2013, a bad year for Alexis until april or so. So, having played very few matches in the first 4 months of the year, he still managed to enter the top 10 in 2013.

We have 3 players in top 10. Why would we sell one of them?
