I am 90% sure he will leave. He is not Xavi as his body is much more fragile so I am not sure if he could endure one more season at Barca even as a sub. He was and is my favorite midfielder of all time though.

In that case it wouldn't be as bad, but he is my favourite Barcelona player so I would rather see him stay even if he wouldn't play a big role next season.

It's a very difficult thing to retire at Barca. Especially these days when older players can go to leagues outside of Europe and earn huge paydays in the final years of their career.

Economically and physically, it makes little sense for a player for stay at a club that plays at a level at which the player can't keep up.

That said I still think Iniesta can help Barca as a sub role next season, but I wouldn't blame him if he doesn't accept that and decides to leave.

I can't see Iniesta go to China honestly. Possibly carry out a sub-role at Barca for a few years and focus on expanding his bodega.
