It's simple then. If there are no buyers and no very good offers he stays.
Well thats why saying what club 'should do' is pointless as that market is not there for him and his value doesnt seem to be as high as some think.
60m is not even a very good offer if Arthur is the player a lot seem to make out.
Arthur will most likely stay and it is on him to start growing up off pitch, get fit and perform at level required.
It should not be a difficult midfield for him to get into.
