Well the reason is simple. They want to give people time to buy the home kit first. Because it was delayed in the first place, all other kits will be delayed as well. If they present the second and third kit too soon, some people will skip on buying the home kit. There is always a defined period between presenting the home and away kit. People carefully thought, made statistics and used sales numbers to determine how to best take the money out of fans' pockets.

The logo thing has nothing to do with the club. It's between Spotify and Nike. The reason why the other kits are delayed I told you. It's a fixed period between presenting the new kits because of money reasons. Just look at the past years.

Tradition doesn't give you money, a fixed period of time between the releases of new kits does apparently, if the club decided to delay the presentation of the 2nd and 3rd kit.
Another reason could also be, that nike first prints the home kits, then needs time for the others. And if the first ones were delayed, so are the others naturally. In any case, it's not the club's fault if Spotify doesn't like the old logo nike printed. The club doesn't care about the logo, as long as the money coming in for it.

Apart from the mess up with the huge Spotify logo, there is a serious mistake in the colouring:
Whenever Barca uses two colours in their home kit (red, blue), you can literally pick any shade of blue whatsoever because it will make enough contrast with the red anyway.
But whenever Barca home kit has 3 colors (red,blue, and a DARK NAVY as a base), then you have to be extra careful with the shade of the blue -> There has to be ENOUGH discrimination from the navy base of the shorts and details.
That did not happen with the new kit, and it's a VERY SERIOUS failure from the part of Nike designers.
You look at the kit and the tone difference between the color of the blue stripe and the color of neck and sleeve cuffs is minimal.
They did it correctly with the Centenary kit and the kit from 22/23, by simply picking a more light and bright blue, making the contrast and the 3 color nature of the kit pretty evident
The only downside is the texture, looking like a fridge crochet out of plastic. The plus, this time they got the club colors right. It's a rare occurrence

They are more navy blue at fist but regular blue and grana when the club matured.

Yes, the 1899 shirt shows the original colors
The 2nd replica kit with Messi has sky blue shade which doesn't belong
Our colors are navy blue, and deep red
