I remember Pogba has signed his last contract with Manu with a absurd early exit-sum, so no club one can afford to end the contract before end of time. Don't remember the details tough...

Would be great if PSG would do us a few favours, renew Neymar's contract and buy Pjanić and Lautaro.

If they would also give us something like 25m for Umtiti I will actually root for them to win Ligue 1 next year.

PSG already renewed Neymar's contract. I mean, the deal is on the table with almost double figures. It is up to him and his father to take it or leave. But, I really doubt Ney will accept to lose 160 guaranteed millions and 50% pay-cut to move to Barcelona. No player will do that sacrifice to be a part of this turmoiled Barcelona club at the moment.
As of Lautaro and Pjanic, they have zero interest in both of them. It was maybe possible to try to get Umtiti for about the price you are mentioning, but after this recent injury on the 2-nd day of the training, I don't see any European team interested in him even for free. The best case scenario for us will be to loan him somewhere so we wouldn't need to pay his salary but that also is difficult task.

Johan Mina apparently to Werder Bremen, we were rumoured to be interested in him last year.

Unreal talent, we should keep following his progress.

No to Pogba, would prefer to sign Partey for 50m. Or just go all in for a future rebuild, sign Camavinga and play 4-2-3-1.

As for the offensive midfielder I'd really like to give a chance to Pedri but it's probably better for him going on loan and get a full year of starting experience at a team like Betis or Sociedad before returning. He'll do a pre-season with the team and maybe convince Setien but if we'll decide to keep him then he needs to play a lot.

Partey is a no Brainer purchase. Works hard, can maintain some control, decent technique, strong. Very underrated
4231 is the way to go. This team is old. We need to develop into a counter attacking side. Get a proper cb, defensive right back and either Partey or abox to box midfielder and forget the attack. We are stacked there.

You are right about the system we should develop for the future and that requires two very solid defensive midfielders and two very fast wingers. Luckily, we have Frankie. We need to find another one. There were several names circulating in this forum as Camavinga, Soumare and Ndidi. Thomas Patey is another big name and really good option. The problem with him is Manchester Utd. They are very adamant to sigh the Ghanaian midfielder this summer. His current buy-out clause is 52.584 m. but Atletico are planing to offer him a new contract with 104 m. buy-out, knowing his desire to play for United.

There is also one another name which should be considered for Barcelona. That is DM Marcelo Brozovic (Inter & Croatia) who have buy-out clause of just 48.6 m.

Cat Radio says we are trying to insert Rakitic and Todibo with Pjanic and Rugani on the table.

Yeah, that's what we need a CB who is not even good enough to challenge unfit and injured CBs.

Puts it into perspective how our offers are perceived when we propose Rakitic, Andre Gomes, Arda and Douglas + 2.5M for prime Maradona.

Nobody wants our shit the same way we don't want Juve's.

I know my proposed swap deals are almost impossible to happen but here is a transfer window I'd be ok with (not exactly what I'd do since I'd stay away from Lautaro but he's our primary target and will probably be our first signing).

- Lautaro (70m + Vidal)
- Soyuncu (20m + Coutinho)
- Fabian Ruiz (40m + Umtiti)
- Dest for 20-25m or bring back Emerson for half the price (12m) if possible

Sell:
- Semedo to Bayern/City for 40m

So totally around 100m net spend. Our usual transfer budget every summer is 60m and I think this is what we can realistically spend this year. We could make up a difference by selling Raki (10-15m), Cucu (6m + we'll get 40% of a future transfer fee if Getafe sells him immediately) and then maybe some loan fee for Dembele. I really like him and would prefer to keep him but Braithwaite can go to a midtable EPL team for 10-15m since he probably won't play much behind Messi, Suarez, Griezmann, Lautaro, Fati, Trincao and possibly Dembele (if he stays and is healthy). I'd like to keep Alena as a 5th/6th midfielder but he can be sold with a buy-back option for 10-15m and we keep Pedri. Neto could bring us some decent money if needed and could be replaced by Inaki Pena. Barca B players like Araujo, Monchu and Collado can also be sold with a BBO, the same for Oriol Busquets.

Far from ideal but I think we'd be an improved team with these moves.

MATS/Neto (Pena)
Dest(Emerson)/Roberto - Pique/Todibo - Soyuncu/Lenglet - Alba/Firpo
Fabian/Roberto - FDJ/Busi - Arthur/Alena(Pedri)
Messi/Trincao - Lautaro/Suarez - Griezmann/Fati

Soyuncu for Coutinho + 20m is way way to high. If anything Leicester should pay us 20m extra in that swap.

Coutinho value in the market is really really bad. Unlike Soyuncu who is the highest value young (relatively speaking) CB in the market. They would want a Maguire type of deal for him.
