He can play as 6 in double pivot, he won't cost much, and is fairly good.
Don't think anyone thinks he is savior, just that he is available and might be a bargain

Apparently Flick just gave an interview saying that he is impressed with the players he already has for DM position and that the solution longterm may end up being a La Masia player.

Also a side note, Frimpongs release clause expired today according to reports. It was rumored to be around 30mil, odd if true.

Personally I’d rather focus on Nico/LW + Merino if he’s cheap than go all-in on Olmo as well, but one of Laporta/Deco are hell bent on signing Olmo regardless of what happens.

With the constant injuries to pedri and de jong, plus gavi being out until maybe November, I can kind of understand the Olmo move, but like pretty much every Barca fan I'd rather spend that money on a proper DM.
