Diaz is a strange one.. looks like should be one of best attackers going.. then fails to live up to it.
He got 13 goals/assists for Liverpool in EPL last season.. 4 of those v Burnley/Luton and nothing against any of the other top 5 teams. Probably not even one of their top 3 attacking players.
Pretty much Liverpool fans see him as that.. lacks end product and big games for what think can expect of him.
Then at Copa America he gets 1 goal from open play..v Panama in a 5-0 win and no assists in their 6 games. Getting out shone by James Rodriguez.
For his ability should be a lot more productive.
Maybe Slots football will suit him if he stays.. but to date has looked on verge of exploding as a player.. then its more of the same.

21m + 9m in add-ons is being reported here.
Now the big question considering we need sales to register Olmo is, can we even make another signing and was Nico Williams ever realistic?

Not just Olmo.. the likes of Inigo as stands cant play this weekend.
Currently the last 5 first team players signed... 3 not registered in Olmo, Roque and Inigo.. one has left.. Romeu.. and one is 34 and earning 18m a season.
Fair fee. Guess they don't think Gloukh is ready to sign from feeder.
Looks like Roque is on way out. So that's 40m in along with Julian Araujo.
Add another 10-15m for Faye (

Roque wont bring in 30m for FFP.
He is not even registered and they would need to make a profit on him for any positive FFP income.
Likelyhood is Roque makes no positive impact on FFP other than not paying him 8m or so on the books while cant play him.

Overpaying Liverpool is exactly what I expect this board to do.
Just saw some random twitter account say we have 50-60m to spend on a winger. If thats the case, save the money and trigger Nico release clause in January after Bilbao flops the first half of the season. Or next summer.
