Fine, i disagree. I liked him in the games i saw and i think he would be a good option until there is a WC RB on the market, provided he is still cheap. Better than not playing Kounde as a CB.

Not really sure why Xavi kicked out Dest given we received no fee for him and his wages aren't that high.

We have ended up putting one of the best CBs in LaLiga as a makeshift RB, really limiting his ability, or finished Bellerin there so clearly we haven't actually improved that position even on Dest. Truth be told Dest at least had some good performances last season and redeeming qualities, but I think that Xavi has never stopped blaming him for the first CL elimination against Bayern and holds some personal grudge against him.

I take the back he's not, but I'd take Kounde at RB for a season over dest, who cannot defend at an elite level.
