You realise there's no WC players available in January, so you prefer to go the whole season with our current options?
Both Bartra and Bagnack can't step up the challenge yet. Bartra needs to be given on loan to have a full season with loads of minutes and for Bagnack is simply too early for this challenge, he can only provide depth and rotation for some small games to gain some experience. The difference with other young players is that most of the already known had already full seasons while Bartra was a squad player.. so you can't compare really. If there are no better players than Bartra and Bagnack in January, then we should not waste money in January. But this whole talk of January is just a smokescreen IMO, so I dont expect anything in January.
No he doesn't. He will play in the lesser games so that the main guys get a rest and don't get injured for the bigger matches, then the next season we can develop him. Then the season after he may be a full starter.
Or do you think it's possible to buy a WC player in January and play him straight away? Football unfortunately doesn't work like that.
They are opponent analysts, the talent scouts are still the same.

Vidic was bough during a January transfer window. Inigo Martinez would probably be much cheaper in January (albeit ineligible for CL games, I think)
Vidic wasn't a WC player at that time though. What I'm thinking is the best option now is to get a talent in January and he could become a great player like Vidic.
The best option is of course to sign someone now (and not someone Zubi has seen playing for Chelsea, Liverpool, City or Arsenal!!). Lets hope that the laughable talk of waiting until the January window is just a smart ploy to improve our position in the transfer market to make us sound less desperate.
Luiz wasn't fit to play and got an extra rest...why can't you understand that Chelsea doesn't want to sell Luiz and the put a huge price just to make us lose our interest?Well Luiz doesn't even make the Chelsea squad today so I'm still hoping we get him .
I mentioned a while back that Jose loves John Terry , the early reports were that Jose didn't rate Luiz or Mata and neither start today with Jose preferring De Bruyne over Mata !!
I didn't attack you but you can't find always an excuse of saying that Mourinho doesn't rate Luiz when clearly he never said that. In the end when Luiz will stay it will be proved pointless thinking of all this.
