If we're getting Luiz for his great long passing range then we might just get a DM and stick him at CB because that would be just as good or even better.

I hope we get a CB who can actually defend.

Vertonghen is massively over rated is slow and struggles with players running at him.

Is Laportes buy out not 35m?

Adding tax on top of that you would be looking at paying closer to 45m to get him.

And he's not a starting CB, at all.

In the Confeds he was probably better than Thiago Silva.

No need to try and make excuses for him playing well.

For 25M you can get Verthongen, a lot better. And i doubt that chelsea sell him to barça for that price. I don´t trust Luiz. He´s a knucklehead. Mourinho knows is shit when it comes to defenders.

Benatia is another good choice.

I watch Luiz since his days in Benfica. He lacks tactical capacity. He´s not focused enough. He goes on those attacking kamikaze runs.

If Barca paid 25m for Vertonghen it would be a bad move. He is so over rated on this forum it is unreal.
