Agreed, altho not maybe with the second last sentence as that varies with short-range club success. But pretty sure no non-German, non-Bundesliga top player will choose Bayern over Madrid and Barca currently.

Man Utd's intangible assets (i.e brand recognition) are also much bigger than Bayern's. At this current time, Bayern (and Bundesliga) can't compete with Man Utd (and EPL) in North America and Asia, which are the two biggest growth markets. Although if it means the Bundesliga maintains that hot youtube channel, long may it continue; those videos are sexy.
