Bernardo Silva

Bernardo Silva is probably Pep's most used player and probably City's second best player after De Bruyne.

My dream transfer but I just don't see it happening. City won't let him go that late in the window and unless a CL club enter the race for Frenkie, it's not looking good.

Pep decides and he does not keep players who want to exit, period

He has an agreement with Pep who will release him to us IF we pay their asking price ( ?80 million ) . City have already got replacements lined up and they have until 1st September to sort it all out

You think he'd let Bernardo go that late in the window? Don't get me wrong, Pep won't create a huge fuss but maybe a deal of 1 more year whilst City prepare a big move for Bellingham next summer.

Any case, hope he does join, would complete an amazing window.

We know Bernardo was rumoured out to Barca last summer and the combination of timing for City and Barca's mess made it improbable. Situation is different and the Mendes meeting early in the window suggests long-term planning was already set in motion

Everything is predicated on what happens with FDJ but I have no doubt Bernardo is a real possibility to cap this incredible window

Ridiculous on the ball, so good in tight spaces, two footed and also works relentlessly off the ball too.

I cannot for the life of me figure out why anyone would be against signing Bernardo Silva.

Is he not heavily left-footed, to me always seems like he's trying to get on his left. Agree he's an immense player and would make any team better.

His left foot is his dominant foot but he's more than capable with his right, proper 360 player. Scored a few goals with his right last season too.

He'll either break the curse of Portuguese players or end up underwhelming or flopping like the rest here.
