You said Spanish teams would dominate easily if had more money.
It was pointed out to you that isnt case for Spanish teams that already have more money.
Then changes to likes of Sevilla would be better with 100m more.... so what teams are dominating Europe? Sevilla? Betis? Starting to compete with Barca/Real/EPL teams in CL?
No chance.
Maybe less Spanish teams in Europa then if better ones with more money can stay in CL longer so doesnt mean dominating that either.

Oh ffs. Barca and real NEVER had the guts to splash 70m on cb. La liga combined is nowhere near the financial power epl has. Not to even mention that la liga prospects goes for 20-40m max while the likes of that idiot maguire, andy fucking carrol, grealish goes for money equal to the half la liga teams transfer window. If pedri emerged in one of the english clubs his value would be 200m already. I was caught in the net by friends who are watching epl games and watched for 1 month straight games, nothing to see there that can give them that much superiority over la liga. La liga is where the football is, fuck those cunts, im already doing my part for not paying the epl package in my bar, its not much but its honest work. People already enjoy more some la liga flair then that epl shitshow

Barca, Atletico and Real were massive spenders in the couple years before COVID, yet didn't make any difference.
We don't need to debate about this because it already happened and LaLiga never became the best, far from it.

Arsenal are building a decent side to be fair.
Again.. the only two La Liga teams with money have had a terrible few years of transfers but can change quickly.
So works both ways.
For your Arsenal.. see Liverpool. Not all teams with money will spend well. Despite you claim 'Spain would dominate' when havent lately.
Spanish teams can spend money badly as much as anywhere else.

Villarreal are exceeding expectation for sure this season. But it is a reward by design. They have spent €54.50m in transfers this season. Vastly more than their sales.
I don't think it would be unexpected for very well run clubs like Villarreal and Sevilla to be matching the big EPL clubs in the CL if they had higher transfer budgets.
The rest of the league more questionble (think the disaster that is Lim Valencia). Alot would be no different than their Premierleague table counter parts who spend alot of their budget on domestic transfers with the added EPL tax. Of course they would be able to retain their talents better.
