Kid's going to be a star. I wonder what Chelsea's potential plans are going to be for him? Midfield or defence, he can play anywhere.

Gotta say though, despite not liking Benitez, I'm glad somebody's finally dropped Terry from being a regular in the first XI. Good on him.
One thing Benitez is and that is ruthless in dropping players if he feels they need to be dropped.

Chelsea will underline their desire to win yet more silverware next season by going on a £100million summer spending spree, according to outgoing manager Rafael Benitez.

They have a lot of great talent on loan at the moment too, Lukaku, Courtois, De Bryune etc. They could become a major force again very soon.

anton, or any other Chelsea fan in here, for that matter, do you know how Andreas Christensen is progressing? He was held in extremely high regard in his boyhood club - and the team I support - here in Denmark; Brøndby, and apparently he's on the bench today against Everton. Just 17 years old.

Congrats on getting 3rd guys. You deserve it. Chelsea is going to be a powerhouse next season with Mourinho running things again

Didn't Falcao's dad publicly say he wanted him to join Chelsea? If they get him, they could well dominate the premier league for the next few years.

Thanks Robbie! I'm glad you guys notched ahead of Spuds, and that we don't need to play off. That would have been a nightmare.

@Trickykid: I hear he is held in high regard, he's one of the few looking like he could make an impact in the future. He wouldn't have made the bench even for a dead rubber game like the Everton one if he wasn't trusted. Nathan Ake and Nathaniel Chalobah are probably our top two most promising youngsters, the latter shining on loan at Warford. He'll be EPL quality next year. He's been playing for the U21 England side since 17?
