San Claudio Bravo
Stop over-thinking it people. Stegen is a real talent at 22 years old, Claudio Bravo is an average keeper at 31 years old. It is Stegen's job to lose. If he plays anywhere near his talent level, he'll be the undisputed starter.
There won't be a loan, there won't be a controversy. Stegen is the starter until he proves otherwise.

It could also mean:
TS has not been given a fair chance to redeem his performances, or that the technical team could be favouring their signing.
I just hope you're wrong with that suspicion. MAtS is too good a talent for the club to hinder his development in an attempt to avoid all risks by rotating him/making him backup etc. But I trust Unzué and Lucho to know what they're doing, so I'll just assume they went "all out" for Bravo because they wanted an experienced, good but not world-class backup and Bravo was the one who fit the description more than others :p

Ochao?? Yeah why not sign every single match stars. We will end up with 20 new signings.

Having two reliable goalkeepers --> very good

Paying 12 mil. for a 2nd goalkeeper --> not very good

I still do not like the deal. I also hope MAtS will be the clear no. 1.

Better than Ochoa?

Ochoa has conceded 72 goals last season and he hasn't had a great game against Croatia either. The game vs Brazil was a stand-out single performance.

The guy is far from being a solid, regular keeper.

As for the question, I think yes.

Think this is a good signing, we need a good backup/Copa keeper. Some competition for position is not a bad thing either if Stegen slips up.
