Well to be fair he looked like he was on the penalty spot to start with, if he started to run out to the play he would have been chipped easily

Yes, he was also badly positioned. With Barça's high line he shouldn't be that far away.

I really didn't like what I saw there(starts at 1:18):

His instinct was to run backwards to the goal line, instead of towards the ball, to narrow the player's angle to shoot. He only came forward after Masch's tackle.

Yeah, I've said it before, Bravo should have come out for the ball in that incident. Not only would he have narrowed the player's angle to shoot, I think he could have got to the ball before the Elche player did.

I wonder if he is going to continue being 1st choice once MaTS comes back. I guess until first few mistakes he won't be substituted.

He got an unfair head start, after MatS injury. But as he loved to say he always started as the sub, and then became the starter, hopefully this time it'll be the other way around :)

Still sad Barca didin't go for Navas and went for Bravo. It was said Navas wouldn't come unless a starting slot would have been granted for him. Yeah right, look how he warms the bench for Casillas now...

I think he will become a starter soon. He needs more time to adjust. Plus madrid must have offered him insane salary. Navas will become starter soon but if he comes to barca he will start as a starter and will go to bench at the half season. I don't think he would have wanted to come.

He seemed a bit uncomfortable with using his feet...

He does, but I understand him... I mean, he has played two official games and barely had to make a save, so far his only job has been to pass the ball back to our defenders, so I can totally understand him getting nervous when the ball gets near him...

In th ending minutes, he had a Pinto moment that made my heart skip a beat, when he let the ball cross in front of him., and just watched.

Bravo seems like a wreck waiting to happen. I get kinda the same feeling when Pinto used to get the ball.

He looks pretty shaky at times indeed. Might be because he's new though, let's give him some time before we judge him. I do think however that Ter Stegen will start ahead of him, if available.

Ter Stegen will be back for the next game, but I think Bravo will get a run at the starting spot here.

Unless Lucho had already decided before TS' injury that he'd prefer Bravo, I don't think he will be letting the injury make the decision for him. For what it's worth, Sport (I know...) had a comment article prior to the Elche game, saying the technical stuff preferred TS as the no. 1 regardless of the injury. Not sure how much of that was opinion and how much was actual information though.

Anyway, I think Bravo's insecurities could actually be down to nerves, he doesn't really seem too confident to me and might just be feeling the pressure/competition. No too costly errors so far though, so we'll see.
