I like how he improved. he was very one dimensional last season. you can see how he benefits from training and playing with the first team on a regular basis. I think he should be promoted in winter. give him the #20! It would suit him. Altough I kinda like those 30+ Numbers...dont know why

Tello pot tancar la setmana vinent la renovació amb el Barça per 4 temporades. L'acord només pendent de serrells. #frac1

Tello to finalize his contract renewal next week with Barça for the next 4 years. The agreement is nearly done, only remain some loose ends.

He now has everything to succeed.
A shiny new deal, lots of confidence from that motm performance and the trust of the manager.
The ball is in his court, let's see what he does with it.
Let's not forget that he is as old as Thiago,Neymar,Lucas and Oscar.
I hope he turns out to be a hidden gem and not a one trick pony.

The next few weeks will be critical.

And yet has played more matches and directly aided in more victories in European club football than all of them combined

Some of you have become confused about how cantera kids develop at this club, not everyone is Messi

I meant he should be held to the same standard. After all he is a graduated of the best academy in football. Btw your point is moot and you know it. Following your logic this statement is true as well:
Neymar scored more goals in the brazilian league than our entire first team.

Totaly true yet has as much substance behind as your statement.

It's an illogical analogy...Neymar could score a thousand goals a season in Brasil, it would amount to zero in Europe - that's simply the reality of it...The hardest jump for players is coming to a new league, country, language nevermind a particular brand of football that players have been indoctrinated in for most of their lives

After Bojan, kids are brought along more slowly and as attacking players go, only Cuenca & Tello have been promoted since Pedro - both only recently 21...Tello with fewer appearances than Cuenca but double the goals

The only metric for a cantera kid's success is trust among the staff and production/danger when they play...Tello checks all those boxes, certainly more than any other young attacker in the cantera

Neymar, Oscar any other Brasilian talent doesn't waltz into this side and suddenly understand how to work out the system here...Alexis & Cesc are world class European players and are still figuring it out

It wasn't an illogical analogy when you said that Tello had more impact in Europe than lucas and Neymar? :pep:

Off topic but Alexis world class? Really?
