He is. He's no longer registered as a B team player. I don't know if there's a rule about that. Cuenca wore #23 while he was still registered as a B team player.

I would be so pissed if we sold Tello to freaking Tottenham. I mean, selling him at all is bad enough, but to the Spurs? Hell no! Especially considering they already have Bale...
