Cristiano Ronaldo - v1

ThwiX

Best midfielder around
Hope his form ends soon, I'm tired of reading about his hat-tricks every third day. Doesn't help much that always one or two of those goals are penalties.

That's 62 goals in 2013 and he has around 10 games left. I think he will be in the 80-90 range at the end of the year which is phenomenal.

Ronaldo is in absolute top form, it's insane. I'm getting tired of the petty negativity on this forum which I sometimes read in this thread. He is a unique footballer the likes of which is rarely seen.

I definitely don't think he will hit 90, even 80 is a big if, I think. Nevertheless, the second half of this year is truly phenomenal for CR7.

This. None of us enjoys seeing CR7 scoring; however, let's call a spade a spade, he is an amazing player who is on fire/hot streak right now, however you'd like to call it. He is not the most talented player, but he is one of the most hard working players who is always motivated to do better.

I think we should have the basic subjectivity to acknowledge his top form and overall status as a top player.

I don't see anyone saying he isn't a top player. We all know it. He's a scoring machine but he has been for 4 years now. This season is no different.

Home: Gala, Valladolid, Olympic Xativa, Sweden
Away: Copenhagen, Almeria, Osasuna, Valencia, Olympic Xativa, Sweden

I think 80 is within his range, currently with his form, he's going on 2-3 goals/game

9 games for Madrid 2 of which are Copa Del Rey so he won't play those.

He also has a touch game away to Valencia and a tough double header with Sweden. He won't get to 80 imo, probably around 75.

I don't know how many times you have written something like, "we have to admit CR is in great form" in this thread in the past few weeks. Who doesn't admit it? And why do we have to admit it every time he scores? He's been scoring loads of goals for years.

And is currently proving to be a top penalty taker... :pep:
