He is impressive with penalties I'll give you that, but Its a bit misleading that most stats do not count the 2 he misssed in shootouts ( CL Semi and CL final )
I would take someone like Rickie Lambert over him for penalties, he had 34/34 at Southampton.

I kinda can't believe how he used to be a God at free kicks. I remember the opposing team and goalkeepers freaking trembling when Ronaldo steps up to the free kick,even if it's 40 meters away from goal. Nowadays his freekicks are a joke,he's just embarrassing himself. Like in the world cup when he hit a 1 man wall and it was freaking Lahm lol.

Cristiano was never special at FKs. One stunner in dozens of attempts is not good enough to be classified as 'Great' which he for some reason was.
You're bound to get one right when you take so many. And he would rather go down than play a pass when someone else is through, to get that FK he can try to score from with his silly stance.

Currently Hakan Çalhanoğlu is the one rising start in that department even with the such a tough name to pronounce

Look at Xabi Alonso e.g. Already scored 2 this season for Bayern. Could have had some goals in the past seasons for Real.

Seriously how the hell has it turned around so much? Most people in here were saying it was more likely Ronaldo hit 60 than not hit 50, no it's 30 each, amazing.

No rule is needed in this case. The best executor should take it it or the one that feels he's able to take the responsibility on his shoulder in the particular moment.
