Well I don't think there were many clubs ready to pay him what he was asking, may be just manU ..

He also has 2 kids, growing up in barcelona, probably don't speak french, and he valued their quality of life, given how Alves must like being in shorts in the sun lol he probably knows his life is better in barça, i'd choose bar!a over paris or manchester (even worst) any time.
