I said that Barca squad when fit can easily challenge for top four and if could find consistency would be in about challenging for title as teams in La Liga are not great or consistent.

Not much, even less as a starter. Dest is clear (and nowhere near as bad as people make him out to be).

But I do think there's a good chance he will have a positive impact, but it's either a really smart move by Xavi or completely ineffective. Not much to lose though.
