I got a lot of hate for dissing his all round game with people saying that he's young and will improve on that. But technique and skills are something you're just gifted with. You can work on it but you can't completely change it.

You don't really improve base technique past a certain age, you rarely get new skills either, you may mature and improve your decision making and such, but thats about it.
