Damn this is gonna get tasty. Especially in constructors championship.

Also, despite being a Madridista, I think Sainz got done dirty by Ferrari. I doubt that Hamilton at this age will provide what Ferrari hopes for.

Perez reaching extra levels of useless
That he gets completely avoidable holes in side pods from a rookie on his home soil is just fantastic

Nice to see constructors might come down to wire

Dude is a waste of space
Word is he might not even last the next 2 weeks and they'll bin him off for Ricciardo to try and salvage constructors race

Horner stated after the Mexico fiasco, Brazil will very likely be Checo's last race for Red Bull. His patron Carlos Slim considers pulling out of sponsoring Red Bull Racing, if his protege is removed from the team.

Checo's done more damage to the car (4.5m at this stage) than Logan Sargeant did all season last year (4.3m) and his performance worsened after the 2025 confirmation.

Daniel Ricciardo fucked off for good, he's clearly bitter about it - deleted all F1 related text in social media. Chapter closed. Would be another humiliation to return as temporary driver, only to be replaced again by Franco Colapinto in few months. Reported and expected.

For the moment being they either stick with Perez or move Lawson to D2, promote Hadjar to fill the vacant RB VC spot. Yuki seems not respected enough - Marko is constantly displeased and playing him down, may be for a good reason. I'm not convinced either about Tsunoda.

I honestly think Red Bull are heading the way or 2000s Mclaren and 2000-2010 Williams. A former front runner who slip into the midfield pack.

Lost a lot of key staff, seem to make strange race strategy calls now and their pit stops have got quite bad.

Nah dont see how chapter is closed
F2 drivers involved in title race with no obvious place for next season to fill are unlikely to get promoted too

More likely they use Colapinto next season if anything else, pretty sure there's been talks around that already but Ricciardo will take anything he gets if he's up for finding a seat in Audi or elsewhere

Red Bull fucked up big time. They could've easily gotten Sainz probably if they removed their rose tinted sunglasses (coloured by Claro money) after the Hamilton money move and realized that Checo has been shit since May 2023.

Sainz is an ultra fast driver that has never been a problem for teammates. That would be the smart move. But again, one can wonder what is going on at Red Bull with Horny Horner and Darth Marko.

Sainz himself might not be a problem even though I would argue that's disputable, but Sainz Sr. and the Verstappens have a history. Not that I think Max himself would care as he's a much better driver and would probably bully Sainz as well.

But for Red Bull's sake as long as Max is there it's not worth the headache Sainz' family and entourage brings.

Yeah, that's true, especially considering what kind of shit RB are in themselves at the moment.

It's also possible that Sainz wants to be a de-facto no. 1 driver in a team, which we know that it's not possible with Red Bull.

Sainz had to make a decision in July and that was Williams for 2025 and 2026. Back then Perez had freshly secured 2025 spot with Red Bull, based on what only Horner and Marko know. This decision only backfires now and Sainz doesn't deserve to be a backmarker like Alonso in McLaren in 2016. "GP2 ENGINE!".

I have no clue about internal clashes at Red Bull, but Carlos Sainz, Sr. is contracted at Red Bull as well, winning Dakar rally for them mulitple times, won again in 2024.

Lando wins the sprint, while Max finishes 3rd.

I think if Lando wants to keep the championship hopes, he needs to win tomorrow and Max needs to finish off the podium.

Saw some calculations about Lando winning all of the rest of races and he'd be still 1 point behind Max, if the Dutchman finishes 2nd every race.

Hard to imagine Lando winning all races remaining, he's won only three (all this season) and Ferrari are more dominant than McLaren recently.

Verstappen might lose the championship because Horner has a hard-on for Perez.

Should have replaced him in the summer break.
