He's back and midfield finally started to work again. He is the one who makes the team tick when allowed to play in his deep/free position in a double pivot. It's like having 2 players in midfield because he is so mobile and progresses the play at will with on-the-ball runs.

Yeah, saw after his sub how we standed on the field, imhotep leaving acres of space, rhino and gavi trying to cover like headless chickens, atleti slicing us open.

This guys level this season is absurd... Amazing how the team's flow is a lot better with him. HIm Pedri and Araujo are truly essential to where we at today

For me he is the most improved player this season as far as influence goes. It helped also that we stopped fucking around and set up the midfield according to his strengths.
