Can we survive a season with him at DM? He's a bit soft*, but with Araujo, Christensen and Kounde behind him it might work.

*not good at defensive duels.

He has been good at DM.

Usual clueless nonsense.

Was MOTM multiple times last season and Barca had better record in league when Busis was missing.

The bigger issue is you then lose your best midfielder from his best position if play him DM.

It took awhile for someone to respond. We'll see how good he actually is in nations league finals when out of a golden cage that pep has builded.

We are so broke, we can't register anyone, idiots, bums and frauds like Fati, Ferret and Dest didn't get any offers, so we will need to sell some big names.

Now rumors about selling De Jong are active as it seems to ben ashrad or whatever is his name.

If true, can see him ending up at City.

If someone offers 9 figures for Frenkie I would snap their arm off.

If City are interested , accept Cancelo and 90m for him. If, and this is a big if of course, that 90m is spent wisely on a CDM and another goal scoring attacker, the squad will be great. Possibly, Champions League worthy, if draws are favourable.

Believe me, this is great news. The guys we have on our transfer list were always going to be hard to get rid of. It's looking more and more like seeking Frenkie will be our only real chance of creating a team capable of winning trophies next season.

There is a reason Gullit is not involved in football anymore and last time he was he didnt think Alan Shearer was a good leader for Newcastle either.

Its like Keane and Souness that think leaders are those that ranted and raved the way they did and cant see how left in the past they are.

He will think same of Pedri and many others.

When likes of Messi can have numpties saying he is not a leader for years when they get beat then FDJ and VVD can have it also.

Same across all international football.. best players get blamed for not carrying their club level by some when dont win.

Tale as old as time.

He's right I said the exact same thing re their nations league performance.

Koeman was subbing everyone, except the players that have failed time & time again.
