Manchester United are expected to focus on midfield recruitment following the imminent arrivals of Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs de Ligt.

Dialogue remains open with Paris Saint-Germain over Manuel Ugarte but, as yet, PSG are not budging on price.

United are being patient with a little over two weeks of the window to go in the knowledge that PSG may need to sell, and with the Uruguay international very keen on a move to Old Trafford.

Personal terms are therefore not expected to be a problem.
United are looking at other midfielders and talks continue with Burnley over Sander Berge, who missed Monday's win over Luton.

Monaco's Youssouf Fofana and Fiorentina's Sofyan Amrabat - who spent last season on loan at United - also remain live options.

No Frenkie

No Frenkie now, because they are going for a DM destroyer type to replace Casemiro

Next summer (maybe even winter already), be sure: ETH will try again for Frenkie

Hope that the in house idiots (Laporta and Deco) will have retracted their current renewal offer for good, and that the 5-yr contract offered by UTD in 2025 will be much more than what he is about to receive in 25/26 at Barca,
so that he finally GTFO my club for good!

Interesting story was told through the grapiest of vines...

FDJ agent has said to Barca if they give him the letter of freedom he will leave for free and forgo any deferred salary.

Now to anyone out there who believes he is on 37m..... should be easy choice for such a player from the clubs side.

You're welcome

Fuck knows. Agents peddle a lot of stories for their own gain.

More than once agents have told folk I know that a certain coach is a shoe in for a job when an outsider.. and some lost money on it.

But whether believe it or not.. as many won't which is fair enough.. decent question of what think club should do in such a scenario.
