While both would be great additions, especially Ndidi, they are not realistic transfers for the club currently. PSG wont sell, and Leicester would demand a huge fee for him. They got 80 for Maguire

Our only hope is if our scouts find some great player for cheap in a midtable club, or from a lesser followed league.

things would work if we get 2 midfielders. ndidi at DM and veratti as the other CM. job done

Almost impossible to get players for established EPL teams unless willing to spend a fortune.

Leicester would want close to 100m for just about any of their better young players because they have a good young team that they wont want to break up.

Need to go out and find the next version of that player if that is what looking for.

Cant even look to La Liga as outiwith the top 4 there is barely any players of a standard would look to.

I think Bayern wanted him too.
He could be playing with Kimmich next to him.
Now he has 3 km/h Busquets.

Bad or mediocre games from De Jong: it is all Busquest fault
Good or great games from De Jong like in last couple months: it is not Busquest fault
Repeat.

He's the only player we have that almost every top club would be in for. That should tell us something

Still young (23) and of course a real talent.

Still if someone want to break his release cause (600 million) then Barca must accept immediately.

He is one of Barca's best players, no doubt there.. it's just one expects more from him in these matches.

Would certainly do well in a well oiled team, though. Would've been much better for his career.

I definitely expected more. Obviously in La Liga the box-to-box De Jong has become very effective to the team with his goalscoring output and stamina.

But in general, I feel there is plenty of occasions where he's not involved anywhere near enough.

Imagine if he has would gone to City, Pep would already turned him to prime Xavi.

He is not a xavi type player. Not even sure how good he is at one touch football because he likes to take a touch and run with the ball so much. Too much alot of the time. Not too sure about his awareness for a first time pass either. He would certainly suit a counter attacking team

I could definitely see him getting out of this club if it's still the same shit in the CL next season. He deserves to be in a contender team and is reaching an age where he is not a youngster anymore (23 going on 24).

Bar?a won't sell and rightly so.

And no, he doesn't deserve to be in a contender team. He needs to work to become a WC player in Bar?a, a club that paid a WC fee and wage to get him.

basically this. been here for almost 2 years now and failed to impress in any big game he played.

pussies in here should man the fuck up and stop crying as if we are ruining this guy's career.
