I think he has actually proved good work ethic considering how much he improved from last season ,he will need to continue working too

Sky high expectations are actually possible for Deulofeu. Think about it. Right now usually he is a ballhog, not a great finisher, not a SMART dribbler, one dimensional, and lacking in a lot of other aspects as well. Yet despite all of this, he is the Segunda leagues top scorer, racks up a decent amount of assists, and he produces moments of magic that can be replicated by very few players. If he were to fix all those flaws and have a good attitude, think of how amazing he could be. That is the definition of raw talent and sky high potential. If he reaches the heights that he can reach, we could have a truly amazing player on our hands. The only problem is that it's a big IF, and not a real certainty.

Even if not , we still have a good player with the team ,unfortunately not every player reach his potential ,and not every one can be Messi or Iniesta
