Worst player for Ajax and probably worst player on the pitch too.
So clumsy.
With performances like that he won't even stand a chance to play regularly for Ajax.

Bullshit, even in this form he is better than Lukoki and Boerrigter. He is still unlucky in his actions but he has moments where he shows how good he really is.

He won't start against RKC Waalwijk sunday, because Frank de Boer thinks he is not ready for a 3rd match in 7 days.

And de Boer is probably right, at that. But he's clearly going to give Cuenca an important role, and respects what he can bring. Cuenca is only going to improve and get more reliable, and Ajax know that. This is the perfect move for Cuenca, and a clever idea by him to suggest to Vilanova!

 his first game after coming back from a serious injury in a new league, with a new team and this is your conclusion. Sweet baby jezus.

lol freakin seriously. Sounds like Abromovich's criticism of any manager he hires.
Cuenca had a great dribble through a few defenders which led to an assist. Great start. I always try to watch Ajax and with Cuenca coming in they will be even more interesting.

JDS will never go back if he gets loaned. He is not good enough. He can't even make the bench. He watches moat of the games at the stands or at home. He's always not on the selection. I don't even know why he's still with us.

Barca insisted on loaning him because several teams were interested but he refused to go many times. A loan was the best for him but he doesn't want to go. Whan an idiot. I admire those guys who went on loan because they want to improve. Cuenca was loaned before and he came back. I'm sure he will come baxk again as he is a talented kid and eager to learn new things.

Cuenca is definitely a very talented player and can make it at Barcelona if he comes back from this injury and continues his rapid development.

im not sure if im with you with this... i think jds want to stay at barca because all of his friends are here... he has had his whole live here and although his family.. only would make sense if he denied a loan to the team his brother gio is currently playing for mallorca i guess ? if your in barcas first squad you will improve like nowhere else in this world. so i guess jds wants to taste the barcam likes as long as he can... only thing i dont really get but perhaps it is because the club told him so that he doesnt play for barca b to get game practise... i guess he cant play for barca b with an first team contract...we will see

Well, if thats his reason not wanting to leave on loan just for 1 season then he shouldn't be a footballer. That's also immature. Cuenca also has his whole life and friends & family plus he is a catalan but went on loan to another country.

Mallorca was also looking to loan him but he refused so instead Mallorca got Bartra. I think he is as immature as Bojan. I admire Tello & Cuenca coz they got balls.

What the hell has happened to him?
Im watching this Ajax game now and he looks nothing like the player he was at Barca last season.
Thinks slowly, fails at dribbling, cant pass anymore, very easily disposed of the ball.
Totally in the pocket of an Ado den Haag defender.
I hope he will improve since he was so promising for us.

whaaaaaaaat? On the ball he still is very smart, creative, and multidimensional and his crosses are still almost perfect. If Kolbeinn could have gotten decent contact on any of Cuenca's crosses, he would have 3 assists by now. The only thing I see that he isn't doing well is that he remains very isolated on the touchline and sometimes doesn't move much to make himself available for a pass. Although that might be because of a coach telling him to stay on the wing to stretch the play. I hope when he returns to Barca he drifts inwards and gets more involved. He's been playing very well and every time he's gotten the ball on the right, he's instigated an attack for Ajax. Sometimes he does seem too intent on crossing rather than running in and shooting/passing though.
