Bad game. His first in a while, but Bartra would probably had done better. Or not, but I think he deserved more a chance.

I didn't think he was that bad, it was a decent performance and I feel he does work well with Pique but yes Bartra looms. Competition is healthy.

He's by far our worst CB right now. I wonder where all those guys who swore on their grandmothers that he was our best and would be first choice for all our big games are?
This has nothing to do with his injury, either. It's not like he was playing on a higher level prior to getting hurt. His only good month was August and that was only a couple of games. Just thinking about how we signed him, Vermaelen, and Douglas when we could have signed Laporte for that money kills me inside.
