Jude Bellingham

He done a Lewandowski esque first 6 months and lived off of it ever since.

Seems he liked the idea of the Ancelotti role a bit too much and rather not run anymore.

Let's see how it is with Mbappe back though. Feels like it could be awesome, or it could be a tea party off the ball with Bell and Bappe standing around eating biscuits.

There are many more talented players, even in that English team but they won't have better careers than Bellingham. He's a moments player so he fits Madrid in the CL like a glove.

That said, joke if he wins Ballon d'or
Exactly, there are far more talented and better all-round players, but as a moments player at Real Madrid he has life on easy mode. He will be successful regardless because their players and the way they play hides his deficiencies, like it did the second half of last season.

Astute post and succinctly sums up what I have been saying in many more words.

Would love to see him try to run a midfield, pretty sure he'd struggle.

You twit lol
It's nothing to do with 'not wanting to run'. He's been playing on painkillers for upwards of a month now and is slated to get surgery on his shoulder
And has still been pivotal when they needed him to produce a moment in absence of other threats.

Best player in that position in the England team, most situational awareness, least tied to Pep's "I have to think about what to do next" mentality which means likes of Foden are next to useless 80% of the time
And still best player in Spain in that position

If wins BDO, will be more justified than last 2 by the gramps living off 2 weeks of decent form and past glory
But would say Vini Jr deserves it more considering how much end product he carried despite being injured for longer and having been moved off position

There's some serious bias there.

And saying he deserves it more than Messi did is hilarious. Bellingham could never and will never approach a World Cup performance like Messi's. Players have won it before Messi solely for a great WC. It's the pinnacle of the game.

Situational awareness? I think that's one of his biggest issues, especially when he's not in the box. He doesn't know what is around him.
He produced two moments, one of which was in the first game. He was also invisible for the rest of both games.

He makes the most rudimentary mistakes, like a terrible miscontrol last night, and a disgraceful fucking up of a 5 yard pass to Shaw on an overload. You don't see this from the true greats, and he does it often.

he's a highlights, moments player who is more dependent on athleticism than technique. You might love players like that, but don't try and force it on the rest of us.

You two RM fans posting in here prove the excessive hype and arse-licking he gets. He was shite for most of this tournament, like the rest of them.

Bellingham more deserved Ballon D'Or than Messi's 2022 WC campaign and Benzema's 2021-2022 CL KO campaign?

Temp is that you?

Gato is officially an idiot.

Bellingham deserving it more than Benz and Messi for scoring a decent amount of goals in the first half of the la Liga season 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

That's a worst take that yamal only looks better than Endrick because he's a winger.

is that not saying he deserves it more than Messi and Benzema in the last two years? It would be more deserved this time.

Now you are claiming that's not what you are saying. So what are you saying?
