Cote (Porto, ex-Roma): "Luis Enrique always rotates, so no one relaxes. At Roma, he never used same line-up in two consecutive games." [ser]

Says it all really. Thats our biggest problem currently along with MF/FB issue he hasnt yet addressed.

I'd really prefer it if we at least had a permanent starting XI that is used in big games. I'm fine with rotation during lower level games as long as plays like Sergi and Bartra get minutes. But Lucho isn't doing any of that.

I really dont have high hopes that he learned from his mistakes. still letting alves play , still playing with that retarded formation , suarez on the f*cking wing. but yh second half was an improvement

He did change the setup a bit in the second half. Maybe there's hope. Suarez playing as a 9 up top made some space for Messi.

I am glad we got the 3 points but we played like shit. 2nd half was better but they were with 10 men. The problem is there is no better coach ATM out there.

Call me crazy, but I really don’t like how Messi ‘covers’ Lucho’s mistakes. People believe everything is fine, which is not true at all. The last time this happened was in 2011 and 2012. We all know what happened after that. Now with Neymar and Luis, it’ll be even harder to explain people what’s wrong with the team.

Yes, he did made good changes in the 2nd half, but I'm still not sure if he's the right guy to coach this team :icon_neutral:

Anyone paying attention knows we didn't play that well. I still think Lucho is out of his depth, but what can we do? Hope he learns, bench Alves, and stops playing the midfielders so wide.

Couldn't have said it any better myself. Benching Alves would mean Rakitic wouldn't have to play so wide. Mascherano was even covering for the guy in the second half.

At the start of the season, I though Lucho had chanced some crucial things. Neymar was playing more centrally, our fullbacks were high on the pitch, there was some pressing....in recent games, however, he has made some questionable calls. Mathieu as a LWB against Real, a total lack of pressing against Ajax.....now, I'm not totally convinced Lucho's any better than Tata and Tito.
