Sorry, but this formation is insane. Reus can play pressing, alright. But to work the WHOLE right flank with a 3 man defense? Never.

Thats why i put Mascherano in this position, so he can cover Reus...It is actually 5-4-1 when defending.

Bayern are playing also with 3 and defend Counters perfectly. But Bayern Formation is currently a mistery , its sometimes 3 at the back , sometimes 5 , sometime 3 , sometimes 2.

he can make it work because they are all clever players and can play in different positions (eg alaba, lahm, muller). not sure we could pull it off. he has also had a full year to transition them and teach them things they didn't know before.
