Best thing is Koeman plays him when we need to win in last 10-15 minutes. But never from the start.

Maybe it is tactic to keep draw and then bring the monster Puig.

A profile like Puig's is missing at times where we lack spark in the middle and the desire to constantly get the ball, but we basically need a better version of Puig. He has huge talent but he really needs weekly football to develop and learn on the job.

It's absolutely integral he goes on loan in the summer.

In his situation he better realize which is better for him, going out on loan and getting minutes or staying here getting 5 mins of game time and rotting on the bench.

Because this shit ain't sustainable for someone like him. You have people his age and younger than him getting far more game time in this team while he's sitting on the bench. Clearly he has a lot of talent but it will go to waste if he's just content with his situation right now.

I don't think a better version of Puig exists. At least we have not been shown that he is too bad at what he does. Maybe he shows something in training...
He is doing well every time he plays, almost the first technical critique that has been given since I joined this forum is yesterdays decision to shoot instead of pass.

Many of these posts reads to me like typical female passive aggressiveness and self righteousness "he can't satisfy me anymore, he should know what's best for him and just leave"
Obviously he will leave either by his own or the clubs will sooner rather than later if this continues. A Barcelona fan should just be very happy that he so far stayed instead of left, and wonder why he doesn't play more when he always plays well...

He is way too good to be a "scrub minutes" player. I'm not sure he himself realizes this though. He could boss the midfields of mid-table LL teams currently, and eventually maybe even the likes of Sevillas and Valencias. He needs to realize this though, but I'm thinking he loves Barca too much to let it go.

Nothing self-righteous about it. Do you honestly think he will get better playing 5 minutes once every 3 games? He is clearly not trusted by Koeman, the example is the Alaves game where Puig did very well and then didn't see minutes for weeks.

The situation won't change for him next season at Barcelona either. He's got the tools to develop into a very good footballer but without playing regularly that won't happen.
