Sure, you extend your contract for a ridiculous amount of year and better salary, you then become a captain, then your team failed again and again, you then declare that you have a greater love for your boyhood club and you want to play along side your old mates again. Whoever gets Ozil is going to get a hell of a player. My only concern is that he's blown up so fast and there are so many expectations he may never live up to it. Jumping for Bremen to Barcelona is a massive jump, and obviously he isn't guaranteed first team opportunities. If he is assured a first team place at Barca I'm sure he heads your way.
