Yeah, I see your point, but still don't agree. If I was in a similar position, where I felt my own people were turning against me, I really wouldn't give a crap about them. I know there's a difference between the club itself and the fans, but I don't think I've ever seen a star player, who's performing this well (yeah, yeah in my eyes at least) at any club being spoken so negatively of by such a large portion of the fans.

I somehow doubt Neymar reads BarcaForum though. From what I've seen, he's thought very well of by the local fans who even put Rakitic on a higher pedestal than most here did during his peak.

There's been like 10 guys v the rest of the forum during the NeyWars here last couple of years, but somehow you're attributing those 10 to the entire forum?

I'll say it again, this is purely hypothetical.

Don't think he'll leave, nor do I think PSG are able to pay 222m right away. Not like normal transfers where you pay the fee in 3-4 installments. Here they have to take 222m out of the club and pay it right away.

They've been in FFP trouble without spending this much, and if they destroy it like this, they are in risk of not being able to sign players for multiple windows which would be quite stupid for them.

Holy shit where the fuck did this fire come from so suddenly. Just 2 days back everything was fine and fast forward now its like he is almost leaving. I honestly don't think and its probably not going to happen at all that neymar leaves for PSG. Just a shitload of reasons for that.

Selling our second best player isn't a good idea and good luck with all the shit ton of money when there aren't any players in neymar's league to buy and improve the squad. Is it really a large portion? I am really curious. I don't think it is even the case here, just that those who are against him tend to be more vocal than others. In other Barca forums and fan-spheres etc. that I have visited people generally like Neymar a lot and rate him highly. This forum is the only place where I see a contingent of fans wanting him out. Just my experience though.
