One important thing to remind you here. The director of the Brazilian national team's medical staff performed detailed check ups on Neymar, just before Copa America and came to the conclusion that his injury is chronic and will happen again in the future. What Barca medical staff did, before signing the deal, I don't know, but I am 100 % sure, Neymar will suffer another injury, right after his arrival in Barcelona and will sit out for 1-2 months. To pay that much money for someone, who you won't be able to use the entire season is pure stupidity to me.

The Brazilians did a poor job on his surgery and he rushed his recovery for the World Cup. I am hoping the slow of play at Barca will lessen the stress on his ligament

Maybe the deal is done and both clubs are denying the rumors so PSG doesn't get milked by Juventus for Dybala and Matuidi.

Matuidi ? Is this really 2019 ?

Bunch of clowns.

Juventus is the specialist in giving a second youth to past 30 y.o. players and they know when to give them away.

PSG is the clown club that gets the too old to play for Juventus players like Alves, Buffon and soon Matuidi.

As a matter of fact, before Neymar arrival, PSG had indeed lost the league. Two years with Neymar and the league was won by the 6 months he had played for PSG. This year, PSG has already lost at Rennes.
Also, that argument is void because i could say that Mbappé didn't bring anything to PSG, so why not sell him too ?
Since the last CL win of Barça, your club has bought countless players who have not brought anything to your clubs by your logic. Why not sell all of them too ? Do you need them to win what you were already winning before them ?

Neymar has done his medical tests for his last injuries in Barcelona with professionals affiliated to Barça. I very much doubt they don't know his condition. Also the medicals are done for that and they can always refuse to complete the deal if they think the risk is too big.

So you re saying you need Neymar in order to win the league? I genuinely hope you keep him. Seriously.

The point you made about players we bought goes even more against Neymar purchase. We didn t bring "countless players" on that financial level. We bough Coutinho and Dembele with that Ney money (and than some). Neither of them look
like they re going to make it here and if we are lucky we will have option to recover 1/2 of that money and have that funds invested in the next guy.
If the next guy is Neymar with his giant price tag and giant paycheck we are closed for bushiness for the foreseeable future. Just him and Messi cost like 150 mil per year? The same as the whole Tottenham squad, who played in the last years CL finals. Dude will have to play on Messi level the whole season, not just till the new years in order to be worth the risk. I don t see this happening. Dude hasn t won shit. People mention his winning mentality, but he hasn t won shit as the main guy and forgive me for not counting the French league. Facts says he is broking down. He maybe healthy atm, but recent history is very obvious. I don t belive in hope mode.
This is all without taking in to consideration his mentality and that annoying loyalty bonus law suit. Almost everyone forgot about that.

So again he was 99% signed by Barca in the afternoon , 20 pages on barcaforum with people agreeing once more that this time it's happening only in the end for no news of him actually signing ?

LMAO , things never change.

It’s not off. Messigician has insider info that said everything was agreed. PSG moving for Dybala now so Ney is definitely coming. I bet Barca PR and Nike are planning some things.

PSG continue to prepare the departure of Neymar. Leonardo, PSG's sporing director, is eyeing up a move for Dybala to replace the Brazilian. [rac1]

I am answering your rhetorical question. Do PSG need Neymar to win Ligue 1 ? Before he came we lost it, after he came we won it by the first half he dominated. It is exactly the same level of argument you are using to say that PSG doesn't need Neymar because they have not improved in CL with him. And it is the exact same argument i'm using when saying the players you brought after your last CL are not needed because they didn't win you more than what you achieved before their arrival.

If you wanna talk about real football : ofc PSG needs Neymar at the moment. Neymar is not a "luxury" player at PSG but the core of everything. For me the two most important players at PSG right now are Neymar and Verratti. Without them, there is nothing.
And CL is always a tight game with luck, refereeing involved. Tottenham went to the finals, so what ? Does it mean you can send out Messi to bring in Lucas and Delle Alli ? We all know Barça is a better team with better players than Tottenham. Manchester City is a way better team with better players than Tottenham and they got eliminated by Tottenham, so what ?
