You're right, there's still lots of problems to be fixed.. Also, isn't Lo Celso a different type of player compared to Neymar?(not even going to compare quality wise)
If I'm not wrong, he plays deeper and I don't see where he'd play here. Only good as a squad player, though he could be decent.
