be fair now, he was heavily marked all game but still managed to own the half of the defence that Velez dedicated to stopping him with a megadribble then dished to Rentaria who completely fluffed the chance.

but yeah he was quieter than usual. I put that down to Peruzzi, who had a stellar game against him and pretty much anyone else who came at him.

not his best game but still destroyed Velez with that amazing play where he put it on a plate for Renteria. That was world class.

Keep watching him though.

He needs to learn when to take on an opponent and when to pass it. Sometimes he tries to do everything by himself when he could make a simple pass.

Under the right guidance he could improve certain aspects of his game and live up to his hype.
