This will drag on it seems. Might be better to get him next season honestly. We already know he wants to come here, but he clearly won't force a move.And there's no need to break the bank either.

Let him enjoy his last year in Brazil, and so he can concentrate on both the Confederates and World Cup and by then he'll be ready to sign.

This could be the reason. Raül Sanllehí is staying at Neymar sr's house. Maybe they have a deal for when Neymar's free, and that's why Barça is low bidding right now.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves guys, the season isn't even over yet. We still have 2 games in the league and people are acting like since we haven't signed neymar yet we are doomed. We still have 3 months. Also lets not fret like we won't have time to get other players as I reiterate, the window is still closed, seasons aren't over, people haven't made their decisions yet (hummels, Thiago Silva)

IF nobody else submits a much higher offer and steals him before the end of next season. A huge IF.

They can't sell him against his will. He has to agree with the move.

Even if other teams offer more money, if Neymar refuses then no deal. So that doesn't matter. He won't go to another club.

He only wants Barca. We lose nothing if he comes next season.

Every man has a price. As much as he might have preferred to join Barca, he wouldn't turn down a very lucrative offer, especially if it is from one of Europe's prestigious clubs like RM.

I would bet the constant comments from Neymar and his father about being happy to stay until after WC 2014 are aimed at forcing Santos hand to sell him now rather than risk him going for free.

It doesnt sound like he wants to stay on much longer in reality.

No need to worry, he would still have to agree to the contract terms in order to be signed.

They not accept 20M ...but I hope Barca will not top 30 M.
If Santos don't accept 28-30M then Barca have to say bye bye to Neymar (and buy him next year if necessary).
