Alves didn't say that. He said "If Neymar is coming, it will be a relief for Messi".

Btw, Sport's reporting that the negotations have stalled, and that Raul Sanllehi will return to Barcelona tonight. This could go on for ages, ugh.

Nah man,

Sport is saying that Barca have made a final offer which they are waiting an answer on and since they're not making any more offers, its no use to stay in Brazil. Coming back to Barcelona and waiting for Santos to respond to the final offer.

Sweet Jesus... Just get it done already -.-

Neymar wants Barca and his Santos-contract runs out next summer so in the end they will have to accept a deal and even put pressure on Neymar sr if he is the one stopping the deal from going through because they will get nada if they fail. But I CANT WAIT i want it done now, running out of patience...

Don't think so, the Sport-article says: "El club barcelonista entiende que la oferta que le hizo al Santos el miércoles y que los brasileños rechazaron, es la válida."

(Barca think the offer they made to Santos and that Santos refused yesterday (Wednesday), is the valid one).

Thats the old offer of 20m. We increased it to 25m today to please Neymar Sr and his demands.

Basically Santos have to sell him to us, or he'll just go for free next season. He wants to come to us and no other club seems to be genuinely interested in getting him anymore. Manchester City and Bayern Munchen already cut the chase and Real Madrid seems to have other transfer targets. It seems as if Santos does not have a lot of choice in this matter.

BREAKING: Very reliable Estadão says Santos will sell Neymar to Barça this summer as he's free to sign a pre-deal with any club in January.

Exactly, get rid of him now and receive money or end up with nada next summer.

Btw, does anyone know if these 20-25m bids were for 100% of Neymars rights or only 55% that Santos owns? Pretty unclear to me...
