Latest rumors say there will be a compromise:
He is gonna renew under the conditions the club wants but only for 2 seasons, with the promise to renegotiate again when the finances of the club are better.

If that's the only possible solution atm, I would be happy with that

Called that or him renewing with low buy out.

Definitely improves the team currently.

Need his pace and one on one ability even when not playing well teams have to adapt to it and it should decrease their ability to press high up on Barcas weakest part of team as easily.

Extending for only two years would be extremely ballsy on his part. Would be a good sign for me... he trusts his body and takes most of the risk. Not much to complain about in that case.

Upside for him as well to be in position to negotiate a new contract fairly soon if performs well.

I thought he was very dangerous all game and nearly had himself a golazo. Maintaining this type of performance and he's golden for me.
