Two issues with this guy:

1. Decision making and finishing are still hot and cold. Mostly cold, for what a world class player should be.
2. You never know when the next big injury will hit and he misses half/full season.

That's why we shouldn't budge and give him a big salary.

10 assist in 13 games isn't really overated when you see that he creates the most chances in most games this season. However, i don't think we should renew him as Raphinha should be a good replacement but he's free to look for those massive wage as most players within his hype category earn massively.

Think $10-12m would be fair for both parties and closer to market value. Think we should offer that and see what happens. Would be cheaper than having paying a transfer free + wages for another player.
