I might have said Deulofeu should be brought back to replace him. Was always a fan of Deu, after all, and Deu is a winger, while Munir was a striker being played as a winger.

I actually remember mocking Lucho's comments about being happy with Sandro and Munir's development but it was more in regards to Sandro than anything because I genuinely didn't like Sandro or the fact that he was competing with Munir for minutes, which I felt slowed Munir's progress.

Although you'll have to go back and quote me on this stuff you're saying about Halilovic because I can't recall ever being a fan of his. None of what you're saying supports the notion that I wanted Munir gone and that I slated him every chance I got as you're making it out though.

Similar to Mats, I was often the only one who still held out hope for Munir even when performing poorly and made a big deal even of his scoring the simplest goals just because I wanted to see him succeed. I may have made a few negative comments about his performances after a game or two where he let the team down but I've done the same to even Mats at times and I'm unfortunately known as being Mats' number one fan around here or something.

You didnt just say Deu should be taken back you said he was better than Munir and Sandro even with his legs chopped off or some such comment to crap on Munir and Sandro.

Sorry that is rubbish about only one who held out hope for him. You did not rate him good enough as back up clearly.

You mocked that Lucho was happy with the development. Said all the players attacking players out on loan or sold were better and said it meant there was no depth in forward areas.

There may well have been more positive comments before that but by that December/January based on the whole of that first half of season you did not rate him highly enough at all.

Munir has 7 goals and 3 assists playing mostly as right midfielder in a 4-4-1-1 system. I'd say he'd be a good backup for you, if he'd be content to go back being 'just' a backup player after a full season of being a starter

At this point eveeyone knows he's awful, but he could at least be running around and pressing like crazy but he's not even doing that. Waste of another 30mil.

I thought he did well in defence, and had some good moments in attack as well. Some mistakes are normal considering it's his first big game as a starter. He should have taken that chance better. No reason to rush the shot, he had time to shoot it better.

Decent, but if we didn't win I have a feeling everyone will be shitting on him and suarez for playing below average which I think they did. Especially paco, definitely he could improve.

Still wasn't worse than Neymar, doesn't overthink, runs into spaces, he had a horrible miss where a striker should bury it 10/10 times but Neymar probably wouldn't have scored there either. Not saying hes anywhere close Neymars level but with Neymars end product has been really annoying me lately.

Played out of his position and defended very well, good game. We don't need miracles from him, just good stuff.

great discipline and good sense of position .. he also defended quite well like it's been said. but attacking Wise he left a lot to be desired .. Moved but didn't do much when the ball reached him . But u can't have it all .. Espeicially when you had little minutes throughout the season. Credit to Paco for the game.
