Do you guys see Pogba sitting on the sidelines or being loaned back, though? I've said my piece on if he stays this Summer, it's for us, but I'd be surprised if we went for him this year.

I think we get the deal done this summer (looking at you FCBarca,) and he comes after the Euros in 2016.

Braida made some strong statements to Gazzeta TV about Pogba tonight.
Our italian sports director met many times Marotta in Milano and also Berlin to discuss the transfer of the frenchman and I would'nt be surprised if they already reached a deal in case Bartomeu gets reelected in July.

so we are talking to his agent..interesting.

How, if Barto said that they won't do any more transfers since they aren't in charge anymore.
So, who is actually talking with his agent now? :/

Also, if Barto is talking with him, then that is not Barcelona (since he is NOT representing Barcelona anymore), but an election candidate Barto talking with Pogba.

Raiola is scheduled to fly into Paris to meet with Nasser Monday. Think this is the 3rd or 4th official meeting between the parties but news regarding FFP hasn't been positive so we'll see.

Were exactly is pogba meant to fit into our midfield after rocketic's performances this season we cant really drop him for pogba. The other spot belongs to the don although he is starting to get on in years he can still do it at the top level. Then there is young back ups pushing hard for the rotation places with rafinha, sergi roberto and most likely samper and halilovic. So basically we are pretty well covered in midfield so why would we want to pay in around 100 million to create problems for ourselves. Sometimes buying the best players isnt always the best for the team

Yup good sub for busquets and can also do a reasonable job on up the pitch if need be. Then there is the fact he seems happy enough to be a bench player for us. Would inesta rakitic or pogba be happy with that role id doubt it

Iniesta is 31
And while his recent performance made people forget about it but he has been on a steady decline for 2 seasons now.his days"or seasons to be more accurate" as a Barca starters are numbered and we need to stop pretending otherwise
S.Roberto has been a failure in CM and if it wasn't for pushing him for DM everyone would have wanted him out.Rafinha has been showing glimpses of being good ,but he is as old as Pogba and the difference in talent between the 2 is huge .Samper has regressed this year with barca B and Halilovic has showed potential but still far from Barca level
There are are too many "IF" to say we are set in midfield .we are set IF Iniesta continue his recent performance for 2-3 years .and IF Rafinha step up quickly and IF one our other youth(D.Suarez,Halilovic,Samper) stepped up too in one of the CM/AM role (remember till now Samper is DM)
Those are big if and a club like Barca can't built his team on just hopes of youngsters making sudden leap in form
